- This facility will be unique worldwide providing the first such facility open to use by the general motor industry
- Conversion of a disused Victorian railway tunnel for use as a test track within a control environment for the motor industry
- Design of the principal test building to which the converted tunnel will be linked via a vehicular access passage
- Design of a science and technology park within a vernacular rural village.
