Topographical and Building Surveys

The Roger Coy Partnership aims to provide first class topographic and building surveys using Leica equipment and software.

Our work covers all aspects of land and building surveys. The majority of our work is listed buildings and developments within conservation areas where accuracy is critical.

Topographical Surveys

Topographical surveys provide data needed for developments, housing schemes, landscaping and boundary plans. Topograghical surveys can be used in large scale field boundary surveys to include areas and field parcel numbers for agricultural needs.

Building Surveys

Building surveys provide accurate floor plans, elevations and sections for developments, alterations, refubishments and extensions.

The survey information can be provided in 2D or 3D and in Autocad format. We can also provide digital map data and mapping of underground services to determine pipe depths and locations. Our central location enables us to cover much of the country easily.
