At the Roger Coy Partnership, we can provide a full architectural and surveying service to meet all your needs. The list below shows the full range of services that you may require in your project. Each service can be offered independently or grouped together as a package.

Meeting with the client and discussing the design brief and determination of cost limits, timescale, advising on the needs for independent consultants and giving advice on the need to obtain specialist advice such as surveying, ownership, utility's, party wall issues, etc.

Topographical and building surveys are carried out using modern theodolites and laser measuring equipment. The survey drawing provide all the relevant information needed for the architectural teams to produce designs and ideas. The surveys can also be used for conveyance and area plans where accurate boundary positions are critical.

Preparing tentative proposals for discussion and development with client and for preliminary discussions with local authorities, consultants etc. Ensuring that the client is aware that any changes to requirements following final scheme stage will incur additional costs.

Developing agreed options or tentative proposals into an agreed scheme. Preparing final scheme drawings and details, submitting to the client and preparing an application under the town and country planning acts. Carrying out a risk assessment under the construction (design and management) regulations.

Commencing production of information drawings for the contractors use. Developing scheme to a stage suitable for submission under building acts, regulations and other statutory requirements, and completion of applications for statutory approvals where necessary. Co-ordinating with the design team and other consultants.

Proceeding with production information including drawings, schedules and specifications suitable for tender purposes. Finalising working drawings and details as required for construction purposes. Issuing the health and safety plan on projects where construction (design and management) regulations apply.
