Valenciennes Farm, Middleton Cheney

South Northamptonshire Design Awards 2002 commendation statement for this Roger Coy Partnership project describes Valenciennes Farm as follows: "A small group of houses which appropriately completes the enclosure to the village green, taking great care to link the new housing beyond to the green but avoiding unnecessary vehicular traffic. The scheme benefits from simplicity in the detailing of architectural elements."

Caldecott Lake, Milton Keynes

Developed in the 1990s, these Regency style apartment blocks (pictured right and top right) form a semi-circle around the lake, enjoying fabulous views of the watersports.

Hook Norton Manor, Oxfordshire
