Projects
A multi-disciplined practice, the Roger Coy Partnership has undertaken all types of design
projects for the residential, commercial, industrial and public sectors - some of which
have been award-winning schemes.
Each job is treated as a bespoke project, receiving the same attention to detail and
level of involvement from partners. Using their extensive professional experience, they
are able to develop designs that meet clients' practical needs and aspirations while
balancing commercial, economic and environmental issues.
One exciting heritage project currently in progress is the recreation of Blakesley Hall
country manor house in a parkland setting in Northamptonshire - one of only a handful of
new-build proposals in open countryside ever to meet the tough requirements of Planning
Policy Guidance 7 to gain planning consent.
The new English country house is designed by the Roger Coy Partnership in a local vernacular
Elizabethan style. It will cover the footprint of the former Blakesley Hall, demolished in
the 1950s, believed to have historic roots in Saxon times. Read more about the Blakesley
Hall challenge on the Heritage Projects page.
